The 2016 Management Strategy Workshop was held over two days, from January 22 to 23, in Gyeongju, with approximately 75 participants in attendance, including the Chairman, CEOs, division heads, and team leaders.

The workshop featured presentations on performance management strategies by each business division, outlining three-year operational directions and roadmaps, three-year performance targets, as well as a review of 15 years of performance management achievements and plans for 2016. The program also included a demonstration of the new EIS (Executive Information System), followed by the Chairman’s closing remarks and a resolution hike to reaffirm commitment to achieving the year’s goals.

In his closing address, the Chairman emphasized the need to accelerate innovation in management practices and to build an organizational culture in which all members actively embrace change in order to accomplish the company’s 2016 objectives.
