Talent Development and Professional Competency Acquisition
PyungHwa Group continuously provides necessary training programs to enhance employees' expertise and develop their capabilities.

PyungHwa Group's training programs are structured around four core areas: job-specific training, common competency enhancement, leadership competency, and global competency. A total of 25 courses are offered to employees according to their job level. Through customized training in each area, we support employees in developing the practical competencies needed for their roles.

Strengthening Common Competencies and Leadership Capabilities
We offer various customized programs to support employee growth.

For new hires, we operate an onboarding program to help them understand the company and internalize the values of our organizational culture. For promoted employees, we provide a promotion program to help them recognize the roles and responsibilities associated with their new positions. We regularly conduct training for managers and team leaders on effective communication, change management, conflict resolution, and teamwork enhancement.

Enhancing Job Competencies
PyungHwa Group invites expert external instructors to enhance employee capabilities through training on the latest technologies, industry trends, and benchmarking case studies.

Through our Changin Talent Development Institute, we provide job-related training, seminars, and workshop opportunities to enhance expertise and continuously develop educational content reflecting the latest trends. Furthermore, this year we launched a new course to cultivate AI literacy. Following the training, a survey conducted afterward yielded positive feedback from participants regarding both training satisfaction and achievement levels. Building on the successful introduction of AI training, in 2025 we plan to offer project-based practical training using AI to enhance productivity in work areas and provide experience in data-driven decision-making. We also plan to establish and operate new programs for cultivating experts in standard work processes and ERP core personnel. This will strengthen employees' digital capabilities and enhance their adaptability to future work environments.
