Supply Chain Management
Shared Growth with Suppliers
PyungHwa Group regards mutual growth with our suppliers as a core value. Moving beyond simple transactional relationships, we support the competitiveness and management stability of our suppliers as strategic partners growing together. We are committed to strengthening the capabilities of the entire supply chain and establishing a transparent supply chain ecosystem based on win-win partnerships.
- Quality and Technical Support
- We provide expert guidance for process management and the advancement of Quality Management Systems (QMS). Through quality training programs and customized technical capacity-building initiatives, we support our suppliers in elevating their productivity and quality standards to global industry levels.
- Financial Support
- Through the 'Shared Growth Network Loan' program, we operate a low-interest loan system to alleviate liquidity challenges and stabilize supplier management. This enables our partners to maintain stable operations even amidst volatile and uncertain business environments.
- ESG Capability Enhancement
- Through the 'ESG Academy,' we provide training on global regulatory trends and key ESG issues, empowering our suppliers to enhance their response capabilities across various sectors, including the environment, labor practices, and business ethics.
- Grievance Redressal Channels
- We operate dedicated grievance channels to actively listen to the feedback and concerns of our suppliers. Our online 'Shinmungo' (Whistleblower/Grievance Portal) allows partners to submit suggestions or report difficulties at any time.
- Establishment of a Fair Trade System
- To foster trust-based transactions, we execute Master Purchase Agreements and Subcontracting Agreements, ensuring a fair, transparent, and legally compliant trading environment for all suppliers.
