On November 20, 2024, at the Win-Win Cooperation Quality Control Circle Awards hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, PyungHwa Industrial was honored with the Minister’s Award (Gold Prize).

This award recognizes outstanding quality control circles in industrial workplaces that have contributed to quality improvement through voluntary employee-led initiatives. These activities include cost reduction, quality enhancement, productivity improvement, and customer satisfaction advancement.

The program aims to discover and commend exemplary teams whose autonomous improvement efforts have led to measurable performance gains and strengthened industrial competitiveness.

▶ Selection Criteria

1. First Round – Regional Competition

The team must achieve the highest score within its respective category.

2. Second Round – National Competition

A minimum score of 97 out of 100 points is required, based on a combined evaluation of on-site assessment and presentation review.

• On-site Evaluation: 40 points
• Presentation Review: 60 points

Through this rigorous evaluation process, PyungHwa Industrial’s quality control circle demonstrated exceptional improvement performance and strong collaborative capabilities, earning national-level recognition.
