Filler Hose
As a critical component, it safely transfers fuel from the vehicle's filler neck to the fuel tank.
It is engineered to maintain stable performance despite driving vibrations and changing external conditions, providing an eco-friendly solution that complies with evaporative emission regulations.
Function
- The FILLER HOSE is installed between the fuel filler neck and the fuel tank.
- It is a transfer hose designed to supply fuel to the fuel tank

Features
- Excellent Durability
Considering the characteristic of direct exposure to external elements, the outer cover utilizes rubber with superior ozone and weather resistance (e.g., CSM), effectively preventing aging caused by ozone and ultraviolet (UV) rays.
- Enhanced Low Fuel Permeation
To comply with North American environmental regulations (such as LEV III, PZEV) regarding vehicle evaporative emissions, a THV (Tetrafluoroethylene, Hexafluoropropylene, and Vinylidene Fluoride polymer) fuel barrier is applied to minimize fuel evaporation.
- Versatile Material Composition
Utilizing special rubber materials with strong resistance to fuels and oils—such as FKM (Fluoroelastomer), ECO (Epichlorohydrin), NBR (Nitrile), CSM (Chlorosulphonated Polyethylene), and THV—ensures excellent chemical resistance.
PyungHwa Advantages
- This rubber hose features a fluororesin layer applied between the inner and outer rubber, effectively inhibiting the external permeation of fuel vapors.
- International environmental regulations regarding air pollution and ozone depletion caused by automotive hydrocarbon emissions are being tightened globally. In response, we have researched rubber formulations and properties to comply with these regulations. We have successfully developed and are currently mass-producing ultra-low permeation rubber compounds designed to block hydrocarbon gas permeation within fuel hoses
