Heater Hose

As a key component of the vehicle's heating system, it transports hot coolant from the engine to the heater core (Inlet), thereby warming the cabin.
It also plays a crucial role in circulating the coolant used for heating back to the engine (Outlet)

Function
The HEATER HOSE is a transfer hose responsible for transporting heated coolant from the engine to the cabin heater unit and circulating the cooled coolant back to the engine.

Designed to withstand both high engine coolant temperatures (up to 120°C or higher) and low-temperature winter environments. We utilize special materials such as EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) and VMQ (Silicone Rubber) to resist heat aging and cold hardening.

Constructed with a triple-layer structure (Inner Rubber + Reinforcement + Outer Rubber) to endure harsh temperature changes and pressure fluctuations within the engine room. The reinforcement layer enhances pressure resistance, preventing expansion or bursting, and protects the hose from external impacts.

Manufactured in various dimensions with inner diameters ranging from Ø16mm ~ Ø25mm, making them applicable to a wide range of vehicle models and engine specifications.
