Oil-Cooler Hose

This is a critical component that connects the Automatic Transmission to the oil cooler, circulating Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF).
It is engineered to efficiently regulate ATF temperature even under high engine heat and pressure, thereby maintaining transmission performance and extending its lifespan

Function
The OIL COOLER HOSE is installed between the automatic transmission and the cooler. It functions as a transfer hose for Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF), regulating the transmission's temperature.

To withstand environments with continuous exposure to high-temperature Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF), we utilize AEM (Ethylene Acrylic Rubber). This material is highly resistant to the chemical components of ATF, ensuring stable performance without deformation or hardening, even at high temperatures

 

  • High Pressure Resistance and Durability

Manufactured with a triple-layer structure (Inner Rubber + Reinforcement + Outer Rubber) to endure ATF circulation pressure and protect the hose from driving vibrations and external impacts. The reinforcement layer enhances the hose's tensile strength, preventing failure or bursting.
