Inter Cooler Hose

This is a critical component for engines equipped with a turbocharger and intercooler. It transports air that has been compressed and heated by the turbocharger to the intercooler, and then delivers the cooled air back to the engine cylinders to maximize power output and fuel efficiency.

To withstand the high-temperature and high-pressure environments of turbocharger systems, we utilize proven heat-resistant rubber materials such as HT-ACM (High-Temperature Acrylic Rubber), ACM, AEM, and FVMQ (Fluorosilicone Rubber). These materials minimize hose deformation and hardening even under extreme heat, ensuring consistent performance.

Designed with a triple-layer structure (Inner Rubber – Reinforcement – Outer Rubber) to endure repeated vibrations, pressure fluctuations, and external impacts during engine operation. The high-strength reinforcement yarn improves pressure resistance to prevent bursting, while the outer rubber layer effectively protects the product from external environmental factors.

By reliably delivering compressed high-temperature air to the intercooler and cooled high-density air to the engine, our hoses minimize airflow loss. This improves the engine's combustion efficiency and contributes to overall power output and performance enhancement.
