We strive to be a company that respects the life and health of all employees through a safe and sustainable management system. To this end, PFS Co., Ltd. will consistently pursue the following activities.

Creating Zero-Accident Workplaces
  • Achieve an industrial accident rate of 0.5% by 2026
  • Achieve an LTIFR of 10% or lower by 2026
  • Maintain a 0% fatality rate
  • Conduct regular risk assessments at least twice a year
Improve Awareness of Safety Complacency
  • Conduct basic safety rules campaigns at least four times per year
  • Conduct supervisor training at least 6 times per year
  • Conduct monthly safety and health communication meetings
  • Provide safety and health promotional materials at least four times per year
Strengthening Safety and Health Cooperation
  • Quarterly safety and health performance sharing meetings with partner companies
  • Implement worker-participation-based improvement activities at least twice a year
  • Joint inspections with relevant agencies conducted twice annually
  • Conduct quarterly joint safety inspections with in-house contractors
Employee Health Promotion
  • Health counseling for individuals with health concerns conducted at least once a month
  • Health improvement campaigns conducted twice a year
  • Conduct occupational disease prevention training twice a year
